    If you booked through an agency, you'll need to contact them directly. If you booked with us, you can manage it in the "My Bookings" section of our website by entering your email address and tracking number, or by calling us at +34 952 382 112 .
  • How can I pay for my reservation?
    If your rate is flexible, payment for the first night is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. The remainder of your stay will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
    If your rate is non-refundable, the full amount of your stay will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation.

    All rooms feature air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, a hairdryer, a mini-refrigerator, body wash/shampoo, towels, bed linens, blankets, hangers, and satellite TV. Gold Comfort rooms also offer a very special Welcome Kit, while Gold Family Comfort rooms also offer a Welcome Kit for the little ones.
  • Are there rooms with sea/mountain/etc. views?
    All rooms overlook the pool and gardens, and sea views are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
  • Do you have smoking rooms?
    No, all our rooms are smoke-free.
  • What kind of beds do the rooms have?
    The Classic, Mediterranean View, and Superior Mediterranean View rooms have two beds; for three people, an extra bed is added.
    The Family and Gold Family Comfort rooms are composed of two double beds.
    Gold Comfort rooms consist of a King Size bed.
    Junior Suites have two beds in the bedroom and a two-seater sofa bed in the living room.
